- Placing the order
Orders are placed through the store's website at www.diezdeditoslibres.com . Once you have selected your products, you will be asked to create a customer account to proceed with the purchase. You will be asked for billing and shipping information, as well as your phone number and email address. The information provided must be complete and up-to-date at all times during the purchase process. If you already have an account, you will only need to log in with your email address and password.
The information provided, along with the selected products, constitutes the purchase information. The purchasing process ends with payment for the products. Payment for the products represents acceptance of the purchase terms (purchase contract).
You will receive a confirmation email with the information you provided and the selected products. We require approximately 12 hours to verify your order, prepare it, and ship it. This period will be longer if your order falls on a weekend or holiday. After that, you will have 48-72 hours to receive your product.
If you need any corrections to either the shipping information or the selected products, you must send an email to pedidos@diezdeditoslibres.com clearly identifying your order number and the changes you need to make.
Order cancellation by the buyer will incur a processing fee of €2.50, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Once the order has been processed, prepared, and made available to the shipping company, we will no longer be able to make any changes, except (without guarantee) to the shipping address provided.
*If you wish to cancel your account as a customer, you must send us an email to hola@diezdeditoslibres.com indicating the subject " CANCEL MY ACCOUNT."
- Product Prices
Products are listed in euros, including VAT, for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Shipping costs are not included.
Once Upon a Time... Ten Little Fingers Free reserves the right to change the price of its products at any time. The price charged to the customer will be the one in effect at the time of the purchase process, unless there is an obvious error in the price.
- Payment Methods
The final amount of the product will be paid through the secure payment gateway enabled by www.diezdeditoslibres.com
Payment will be made using your credit card. You will be asked for your card number, expiration date, and CVC. You may need to confirm the transaction with a code sent by your bank to your mobile phone.
For your peace of mind, we guarantee that your personal and card details travel encrypted to Shop Pay thanks to our secure SSL server. Furthermore, diezdeditoslibres.com never receives or stores your card details, only confirmation of your payment.
If you need to return or cancel your order, the refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), with complete confidentiality.
- Discount Coupons.
- Coupons are for individual use and cannot be combined with each other, unless otherwise indicated. Once upon a time... ten free fingers reserves the right to cancel any promotion for individual or group customers if it deems them to be abusive or inappropriate.
- Shipping Terms and Costs
We will ship your order within 24 hours of verifying payment. Orders placed from Friday at 1 PM to Sunday, or on holidays, will ship the next business day.
The indicated shipping times may increase during Black Friday, Christmas, or sales periods due to shipping company congestion. Likewise, Once Upon a Time... Ten Free Fingers is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure.
Once the order has been received, the customer must inspect the products as soon as possible within the first 48 hours after delivery. If you find any defects in the products or there has been any incident related to their delivery, you must report it in as much detail as possible, including photos, to the email address pedidos@diezdeditoslibres.com . always including the order number in the email.
Likewise, if there is any delay with your order, you can notify us at the same email address, always including the order number so we can address the issue as quickly as possible. If the shipping company has lost your package, we will send you a new one with the same characteristics or, if you request, we will cancel the order and fully refund all payments made.
Under no circumstances will Once Upon a Time... Ten Free Fingers be obliged to financially compensate the customer for delays in the delivery of all or part of the products, regardless of the reason, or when the delivery of the product cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the company contracted for the shipment.
The customer must reject packages that are delivered damaged or show signs of having been damaged during transport. Once Upon a Time... Ten Fingers Free will never accept a package that shows any damage and has been accepted by the customer.

Delivery times:
Orders received before 1:00 PM can be processed the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the following day.

Changes
As a small company, we do not exchange sizes or models because it is difficult to guarantee stock availability at all times. If you need a different size or color, you must make a new purchase and process a return for the unwanted item.
Withdrawal and Returns
Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the customer receives the products. To exercise this right, you may write to hola@diezdeditoslibres.com. informing of their intention to withdraw from the purchase.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the corresponding deadline expires.
Once the customer has been notified of the right of withdrawal and the corresponding authorization has been obtained, the customer must place the product(s) in a properly packaged package and send it, without undue delay, to the contact address of Había una vez...ten deditos libres, and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if the products are returned before this period has expired. Once the products have been received and examined, and provided they are in perfect condition, have not been used, opened, and/or tampered with, and retain their labels and original packaging, Once Upon a Time...Ten Free Fingers will refund all payments received, including the initial shipping costs. This refund will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date the product is received by Once Upon a Time...Ten Free Fingers.
The refund will be made using the payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction and will be subject to Once Upon a Time...Ten Free Fingers' right to withhold amounts for returned products that are damaged. If we are unable to process the refund using the same payment method used by the customer, we will refund the amount by bank transfer to an account provided by the customer.
In the event of legal withdrawal, all rights of the Client established in current legislation regarding the return of amounts paid are preserved.
Returns
Returns must be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and are at your expense for both return options . From the moment you communicate your intention to return the product, you have 14 calendar days to return it .
For any returns, please send an email to: DEVOLUCIONES@DIEZDEDITOSLIBRES.COM clearly stating "RETURN ITEM" in the SUBJECT. You must include the returned item and the order number in the email.
RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY ON BUSINESS TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS
You have two options for the return:
Option 1 – You manage it yourself
- The product must be sent by certified mail or by any other means that allows proof of shipment date and tracking number.
* In the case of returning more than one product, the return shipping cost will be deducted by €3 for each additional product returned, as a handling fee.
Option 2 – We help you manage it
- Request a return. We'll send you the label, and you just have to take the package to a post office (you don't need to print the label; just show it at the counter). The return shipping cost (€8.50 in the Peninsula, €12.50 in Portugal, and €11.50 in the Balearic Islands) will be deducted from the product price.
* In the case of returning more than one product, the return shipping cost will be deducted by €2.50 for each additional product returned, as a handling fee.
* If you have purchased two products and are returning only one, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the amount of the returned product.
* If you have enjoyed free shipping and are returning the items, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
* Packages that have not been collected at the post office and are returned to the store after the deposit period has elapsed will be treated as returns managed by the store and at the customer's expense.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF SPAIN WILL BE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
The product must arrive in perfect condition (unused, unopened, and/or tampered with, and with the tags and original packaging) for a refund to be processed. For a proper return and to ensure the product is not damaged during shipping, you must pack it in a bag or box and affix the return label to the bag or box . If the package arrives with the label affixed directly to the original packaging, the refund will not be processed.
Once the products have been received and examined, and provided that the above condition is met, we will proceed to refund the payment received for the same, less the corresponding return costs , which will be borne by the customer .
If you purchased two products and only returned one, shipping costs will not be refunded, only the amount of the returned product.
If you received free shipping and returned the items, the shipping costs will be deducted from the return.
The refund will be issued using the payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction and will be subject to Once Upon a Time... Ten Free Fingers' right to retain amounts for returned products that are damaged. If we are unable to process the refund using the same payment method used by the customer, we will refund the amount by bank transfer to an account provided by the customer.
In case you find any If you experience any defects or manufacturing defects , you may request a return of the products received within 14 calendar days of delivery. Once upon a time... ten free fingers will only be responsible for returns of orders with defects or manufacturing defects.
Products other than footwear, such as socks, waterproofing products, cleaners, shoelaces, toe separators, massage balls, or insoles, among others, are not eligible for returns.
Order cancellations by the buyer will incur a processing fee of €2.50, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. In any case, if the product has been shipped to its destination, it cannot be cancelled.
- AFTER-SALES SERVICE
At Once Upon a Time... Ten Free Fingers, we offer an after-sales service to resolve any issues with our products or shipments, providing faster and more efficient service to our customers.
If you have a problem with the shipment or the product received, send us an email to hola@diezdeditoslibres.com with the SUBJECT: “Problem Product received” and we will respond within 24 hours from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Our sole responsibility will be to supply the product under the terms and conditions expressed in this contracting policy.
Once upon a time... ten free fingers will not be liable for any consequences, damages or losses that may arise from the improper use of the products supplied.
The shipping company is responsible for shipping the order to the customer and delivering it to the address indicated by the customer.
Once upon a time... ten free fingers is responsible for ensuring the prices are correct. However, it is not responsible for the color of the product images, which may vary depending on the device being viewed (if you have any questions about the colors, please ask first).
- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAWS
Once upon a time... ten free fingers and the Client shall be governed, in resolving any dispute that may arise from access to or use of this Website, by Spanish law, and shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Valencian Community.
